RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform general administrative and Clerical duties- Handle phone calls, filing and general admin support- Manage day to day office operations timely and efficiently- Involve in Projects sales invoice and purchase invoices and coordinate company activities as and when required- Monitoring of staff annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave etc. and staffs claim- Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by office manager [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-dmx-group-malaysia-sdn-bhd-job-accounts-admin-assistant]
REQUIREMENTS:- Minimum SPM Level- Preferably with at-least 2 years of relevant experience- Proficiency in MS Office- Good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
