Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Enter financial data into accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Manage and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
Invoice Processing: Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
Track and organize invoices and payment receipts, ensuring they are filed correctly and promptly.
Bank Reconciliation Support: Assist in reconciling bank statements with internal financial records, helping to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Communication: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions.
Assist with responding to queries from the accounting team and other departments regarding financial records.
Miscellaneous Duties: Support the finance team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accounting or finance department.
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
