They are currently looking multiple SENIOR positions of Order to Cash (OTC) / AR Manager - AR Accounts Receivable Manager / Team Lead (Cash app & billing knowledge) Responsibilities:Manage a team of up to 8 -15 peopleOverview of Cash Application, billing, AR Activities (Collection AR is being taken over by another team)Ensure cash allocations, reconciliations and reports are completed accurately and timely according to company guidelines and Internal Control System (ICS) framework, improve DSO's and bad debts are minimizedDevelops and leads process for accounts receivable analytic and trend analysis for monthly and quarterly reportingResponsible for the overall performance of the team (including offshore team members and outsourced firms), evaluation the current O2C personnel strengths and opportunities, identify clear objectives, monitor their performance, provide coaching, career development and timely feedback to team members.Prepare/review O2C related balance sheets items and clear aging items promptly.To update and monitor the AR credit control as per company policyReview daily and weekly Cash Application.Participate in any process improvement related projectsKey Requirements:Minimum 7 years of relevant AR experience, with managerial experience preferredSSC background with SAP knowledge is advantageous but not necessaryCandidate with AR Cash App knowledge & Billing Knowledge is requiredAble to self-motivate and work independently in a fast paced MNC environment.Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalentAbility to communicate well
