Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable)

Job ResponsibilitiesHandle all the data entry for all the payments of NVC Division.
Handle the preparation of agents and suppliers' payments, ensure timely payouts and other related works for the Company.
Prepare top five vendor's reconciliation for every quarter.
Ensure withholding tax is paid within 30 days period.
Handle all the related matters of inter-Group fund transfer for NVC Division of the Company.
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly schedules for reporting to the Corporate Reporting team.
Assist in the preparation of pre-need commission payment of the Company.
Assist in preparing yearly Agents' income statements, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and completion.
Assist in preparing tax information of the Company.
Assist in preparing some subsidiary accounts which to be determined as and when needed.
Actively provide support and information as requested by the Management.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management to you from time to time.
Job RequirementsPossess Diploma/Degree in Accounting or partial professional qualification
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
Fresh Graduates are welcome
