The Role We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join our team. As an accounts assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to ensure the smooth operation of daily accounting activities.
Below is a synopsis of your job function:
Assist in data entry for all account transaction including AR, AP and GL and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basis. Manage proper documentation and filing for record keeping. Other adhoc task assigned by management as required. Requirements: Experience: Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent Min 1 year work experience in the related field Able to speak in English Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words, experience in SAP system will be an advantage
