Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities:Manage accounts receivable (AR) and payable (AP) function.
Good credit control management.
Maintain creditors aging accounts (AP) to ensure accuracy and up-to-date reports.
Prepare payments to vendors (e.g., TT Form, payment vouchers).
Treasury management, including preparing Purchase Bankers' Acceptance to finance purchases.
Liaise with stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities (if applicable).
Forex risk management, including conducting forex hedging transactions to minimize company losses in forex.
Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
Able to handle a full set of accounts.
Computer literacy, especially in ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
