Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Tanjung Tokong Penang.
As a fulltime Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our company's accounting functions.
What you'll be doing
Performing day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Providing support in the administration of payroll and employee benefits
Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and timely
Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures
What we're looking for
No working experience required, but a diploma/degree in accounting will be preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements
