Our wide product range covers durable medical equipment to pain management, hypertension to diabetic care, aids for daily living to mobility products, wellness equipment to incontinence products, and many more.**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Bookkeeping and general accounting- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets- Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment- Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail- Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments- Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations- Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data- Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**- High School/ Diploma is required, more education and experience is generally preferred.- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.- High level of accuracy and efficiency.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.- Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software may be required.- Attention to detail.**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**Basic Salary ranging from RM1,500 - RM2,800 (Remuneration commensurate with relevant qualification and working experience)**WORKING HOUR**:Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm**WORKING LOCATION**:Jalan Delima, Penang**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Gelugor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
