-Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred-Proven experience as an Admin and Accounts Assistant or in a similar role-Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.-Proficiency in Read, Write and Speak in Mandarin for handling invoice and documentation tasks is required.-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Strong organizational and time management skills-Attention to detail and accuracy-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.-High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.-A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
