Accounts Executive (Finance)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Accounts Executive (Finance) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

About the Job:



-Prepare full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Book, and Reconciliation.


-Assist in processing employee's monthly expenses claims.


-Handle billings and collections, including banking transactions.


-Maintain a precise and thorough work style for preparing and monitoring payments for all parties.


-Efficiently file accounting-related documents as well as compile data for reporting and analysis.


-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, solicitors, and bankers for accounting-related matters.

; Requirements:- In order to thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:



-Possess Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.


-Candidates with Full Set Accounts hands-on experience are preferred.


-Well-versed in consolidation and finance experience is a plus.


-Experience handling property/real estate-related accounts is an added advantage.


-Required skills: Computerised Accounting System, AutoCount and MS Office


-Proactive and possess a positive working attitude.


-Candidates with own transport is preferred.
