Job Summary Supports Consolidation Accounting Reporting (CAR) Country Manager to ensure proper accounting, efficiency & effectiveness of the finance activities.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.Month End Closing Prepare journal entries to record all financial transaction into the appropriate accounts Review Trial Balance Preparation of Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet Adherence to monthly & quarterly reporting deadlines Ensure the accuracy & reliability in financial/management reports & compliance with accounting policies, procedures & controls?2.Reporting & AnalysisPL analysisFreight & sales analysisFOREX exposure report?3.TreasuryEnsure payment is being processed on timeEnsure no payment is bounded due to a new vendor not maintained in Banklink.Ensure sufficient fund for paymentDaily Bank reconciliation?4.Employee ClaimEnsure all claims are processed on timely basis based on Imerys policy5.Budget & ForecastSupport BA Controlling team with information and reports requested by deadlines?6.Raise Purpose OrderRaise PR for KL finance & KL officeJOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation: A Diploma or Degree in accountancy  is desirable?Typical Profile:General Ledger Accountant?Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably with GL experience?Languages:Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, conversing in other local languageOthers: Five (5) months fixed term contractPosition TypeFull timeandFixed Term (Fixed Term)
