Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team at our Bangsar South office. The successful candidate will manage the company's financial processes and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and reports. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring actual results against budgeted figures.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Additional Information:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
