Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:Prepare and manage all accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, general ledger, intercompany reconciliation, bank account, and petty cash.
In charge of preparing billing, invoices and coordination with dispatch of distribution of invoices to customers.
Prepare and check the staff & director's monthly claims and expenses.
Responsible for any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates will be considered.
Knowledge of using accounting software.
