Responsibilities:
Issuance of invoices, credit note, and debit note.
Issuance reimbursement of refund to corporate customers and GIRO deduction of membership fee.
Prepare and maintain proper documentation and filing.
Identify, resolve, and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters arising from billing queries from customers.
Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
Ensure accounting records and systems comply with the company's policies and bank reconciliation.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Advanced Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
At least 2-4 years of working experience in the related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Business Central
Good understanding of SGIMED, PLATO
Candidate who can start work immediately or within short notice will be preferred.
