Accounts Executive

-In charge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and other Accounts related matters.


-To maintain systematic filing of all accounting records and documents.


-Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerized accounting system.


-To handle other daily accounting duties and any ad-hoc task from time to time.


-Assist in daily admin and operation task.


-Handling all incoming phone call


-Assist superior in performing other duties

; Requirements:-


-Possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Finance or equivalent.


-Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. Candidates with relevant working experience will have added advantage.


-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft excel and word


-Responsible, positive attitude, mature and independent.


-Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


-Own transport and able to travel 


-Preferred candidates who can start immediately.
