Accounts Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To assist in preparing a full set of accounts, monthly financial and management reports.To handle data entry and day to day accounting functions in relations to accounts receivable, accounts payable and the general ledger.To assist in monthly cash flow forecast.To assist in the preparation of annual audit and company tax compliance to the mandatory requirements.To perform other related job as assigned by the Management from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacityAble to handle a full set of accounts is an added advantagePC literate and good communication skillsKnowledge of SAP B1 is an added advantageGood interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with all levels of peopleOrganized, meticulous and can work independently with minimum supervisionPossess the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
