Job Description:
1) Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely
manner
2) Prepare bank reconciliation, monitor company cash flow and daily bank
balances
3) Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters
4) Assist in company tax matter, yearly internal & external audit exercise
5) Liaising with auditors, tax agents, bank and other authorities, including
preparation of the necessary analysis, documents and reports
6) Administer monthly payroll including overtime, allowances, claims, EPF and
SOCSO. Maintain all personnel information in an accurate and up to date
manner in line with the company policy and legislative requirements.
7) Responsible and ensure proper maintenance of all financial and accounting
entries, records and reports, in accordance with the company's accounting
policies and procedures
8) Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all
accounting entries
9) Performing day to day accounting operations including account payable,
receivable and etc.
10) Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance /
Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position
Able to handle full set of accounts;Proficient in SQL or other accounting software and Microsoft Office;Self motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision Benefits:

Basic Salary:
RM 2,500 to RM 3,000 per month depend on experience
