Accounts Executive

-Perform overall day to day accounting and finance functions.


-Responsible for data key in and reports compiling, printing, filing and admin etc.


-Handling of monthly closing of management accounts.


-Assist in account closing / audit / tax / budget, providing support to the Accounts department.


-Monitoring cash flow and preparation of budgets.


-Preparation of ad-hoc reports as per requirement of Group requirements.


-Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.


-Knowledge of basic Accounting principle is compulsory.


-Preferable 2-3 year (s) of working experience in property developer industry.


-Excellent command of both oral and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.


-Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and any Accounting software.


-Exceptional time management and ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.


-Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
