Accounts Executive

Overall day to day accounting, finance functions.
Responsible for data key in and reports compiling, printing, filing & admin etc.
Handling of monthly closing of management accounts.
Monitoring cash flow and preparation of budgets.
Preparation of ad-hoc accounting reports as per requirement of Group requirements.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Knowledge of basic Accounting principle is compulsory.
Preferable 2 year(s) of working experience in Property Developer Industry.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Computer literate at least Microsoft Office and any Accounting software.
Good communication skills with required language(s): Mandarin, English and Malay.
Exceptional time management and ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
