Accounts Executive / Senior Executive

Primary Responsibilities  Maintain Account Receivables, Account Payables & Journal records including invoicing;Prepare monthly reconciliation of bank statements and inter-companies;Responsible for the weekly cash flow projections;Prepare draft tax report.To provide support for financial audits and tax audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulation and company policies;Responsible for project accounting;Responsible for Lifecycle data (ESG).Able to support budget and forecast process;Able to support monthly closing.Maintain a proper filing system and assist in documentation; Manage general departmental administrative activities including:Maintain office supplies stocky.Point person for maintenance, license renewal, mailing, and shipping requests.Support to new employees with facilities and necessary assets.Undertake other duties as assigned. Profile and Qualification Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance or Partial Professional Accountancy (ACCA, CIMA or CPA)Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience;Working in an MNC environment will be an advantageProficient in MS office skills Good logical thinking, interpersonal skills & communicative with departments / regions
