Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
To maintain a full set of accounts including financial reports. To perform Account Receivable including billing and collection. To back up the Account Payable tasks. To update the cashbook record. To ensure the information in corporate accounting system is up to date. Manage SST and corporate taxes. Liaise with other departments, client/suppliers on matters related to AR/AP. Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers and lawyers. Compliance to company IMS requirement. Other duties as assigned by superior. Requirements Hardworking, diligent, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiar with Deltek Vision/ similar ERP system will be an added advantage. Have good interpersonal and communication skills. Having experience in handling engineering consultancy/ construction accounts will be an added advantage. Good Computer Skills especially Microsoft Excel. Diploma/ Degree with min 2 years working experience in Account Receivable/ Payable (partial professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA or equivalent are encouraged to apply). Having experience in project accounting will be preferred. Required language : English. Office located nearby LRT station. Official 5 working days per week with semi flexible working schedule. Covered under company group Hospitalization & Surgical and group Personal Accident insurance. Public holidays as gazetted by the national and state government.
