Responsibilities: Issue invoice, credit note & debit note, bank reconciliation, journal voucher, petty cash, staff claim & other related matter on regular basic. Process payments, monthly commitment made within timeline. Ensure all payment received must be invoiced without delay and cheque payment or E-banking made to creditors in accordance with policies and procedures. Liaise with auditor, tax agents, banks, company secretary, government and other statutory bodies. Ensure effective management of treasury and proper utilization of fund with updated cash flow. Preparation of monthly payroll including all deductions and statutory contributions – EPF, SOCSO & Payroll tax. Handle company's confidential documents, ensure the effectiveness of office administration and maintain conducive working environment. Provide support role for HR matters. Co-ordinate liaises with other departments efficiently Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required skill (s) : Ms Word & Excel and Accounting software (Please state which software). Computer savvy. Ability to work independently, timeline cautious, meticulous with high level of motivation. Statistically inclined with good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to cope with reporting deadlines. Prefer Chinese Female only. Required Languages: English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia. Honest, responsible, hardworking and self-disciplined. With own transport. 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
