Accounts Internship

-To organize proper filing system for departments.


-To handle basic general administrative duties.


-To file all payments vouchers, statements, invoices, debit notes and credit notes in their respective file after payment.


-To key in invoices, debit notes, credit notes, transfer note.


-To type general correspondence.


-To prepare monthly casual wages and petty cash claim.


-Assist with implementation and maintenance of QM documentation.


-Perform other related or ad hoc duties as required.

-A final year student or recent graduate.


-Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.


-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.


-Ability to multitask.


-Cope well under pressure.
