Accounts Lead - Rtr

Job Description:
Lead and coach a team to achieve operational excellence and foster individual growth.
Be the team's Subject Matter Expert (SME) in accounting.
Oversee month end closing tasks, cash flow, reconciliation, fixed asset management, financial analysis and reporting.
Serve as the primary escalation point for month-end and year-end issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Actuarial, professional certificate or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in RTR functionwith 3 - 4 years in a supervisory position.
Strong leadership, time management and communication skills.
Prior experience in using SAP accounting system is required.
