**Position Title : Accounts Manager****Industry : Manufacturing (Injection Molding Related)****Location: Tampoi, Johor Bahru****Salary Range: Up to RM8000-RM15000****Job Summary**:**To deal with banks & certain related government departments (e.g. MBJB, JPJ, Inland Revenue Board, Sales Tax Department, etc.) and assist Directors in maintaining proper accounting records, preparation of financial reports, cash flow management, budgeting, taxation and provision of financial advice.****Duties and Responsibilities**:**Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)**- Follow up with the bank to ensure bank balance is up to date and make sure that real time information is given to MD & relative departments (e.g. Marketing & Shipping department,purchasing department, etc.).- Ensure no omitted sales & purchases invoices and bank & cash payment voucher before updating account record and making payments to suppliers.- Update and ensure accuracy of account records (e.g., Account Payable, Account Receivable,Bank Book), inventory report (e.g., WIP & Finished Goods), Fixed Asset Schedule, General Ledger record.- Financial Statement preparation and ensure Financial reports are submitted in a timely manner monthly to Directors or relevant authorities.- Analysis of Financial statements and provide advice to Directors.- Responsible for external/internal audit processes, and compliance with financial regulations and standards- Manage cash flows and liaise with banks for exchange rate management.- Liaise with banks for company investments and provide management advice.- Calculate costing for reporting to Directors.Secondary duties: (Approximately 20 to 30% of daily work schedule)- Manage Accounting team to create a competent team.- Counter check all the financial reports prepared by account assistant & account clerk.- Counter check payment made to local suppliers.- Liaise with bankers, company auditors and tax agents.- Renew the relative certificate on the due date (e.g. Bank Guarantee, Fire Insurance, Air Compressor, etc.).- Update Costing List.- Perform other related duties as required.**The person is expected to work closely with staff from all departments.Other responsibilities as assigned by the superior. These responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following**:- Arrange daily duties for drivers.- Manage company's properties.**Authorities**:- Approve his/ her subordinates' leave.- Approve memo for driver out of station.- Approve medical sheet.**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:- Knowledge of accounting and cost accounting.- Knowledge of ACCPAC & ERP systems.- Basic knowledge of Companies Act and Statutory requirements.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.**Desirable Qualifications**:- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) licence is preferred.- Preferably Professional Certificate in LCCI, ACCA, Degree in relevant field.- At least 5 years of experience in handling a full set of Manufacturing Account.**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- How many years of experience do you have in handling a full set of Manufacturing Account?- Do you have professional certification like ACCA, CPA?- Do you have experience with IPO?- Are you willing to relocate to Tampoi, Johor Bahru ?**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
