Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Assistant

Details of the offer

-Able to handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL and Bank Reconciliation) of the company.


-Handle employees' monthly claims, attendance and leaves.


-To prepare and generate report relating to stock for management review.


-To audit PI and identify discrepancies.


-To prepare payment vouchers, debit note, credit note etc. for Team Leader/Manager to verify.


-Key in financial data transaction entry in the accounting system.


-Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.


-Perform ad-hoc tasks and undertake projects as and when assigned by management


-Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the company.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.


-Candidate must be able to work in Sepang and possess own transport.


-At least 3-5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts.


-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.


-High attention to detail and accuracy.


-Self-motivated, positive attitude, disciplined, good communication and interpersonal skills.


-Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.


-Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.


-Priority will be given to those that are able to start immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage.


-Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm).


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
