Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Perodua is seeking a dedicated and reliable Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
