Accounts Receivable Clerk

**Responsibilities**:- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts- Process customer payments and reconcile accounts- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and communications- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency**Requirements**:- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related role, fresh graduate are also welcome to apply- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Receivable: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)Application Deadline: 04/30/2024Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
