Job Description:
Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an entry-level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Prepare aging reports and analyze delinquent accounts
- Communicate with customers to address payment issues and negotiate payment plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to research and analyze data to make informed decisions
