Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a hardworking and energetic individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable. This part-time entry-level position is located in George Town, Penang, MY. The ideal candidate will have 0 years of experience but possess strong strategic planning and analysis skills.

Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor incoming payments and invoices
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable
- Communicate with customers to resolve any billing discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
