Admin & Account Executive

Details of the offer

1.
Prepare various types of documents like Delivery Orders, Invoices, and Purchase Orders based on specific templates related to equipment and finance leasing processes.
2.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers, coordinating with departments like Operations and Branch Manager.
3.
Cultivate collaborative relationships through prompt and efficient communication with business stakeholders.
4.
Maintain process efficiency by overseeing smooth workflow and resolving any arising issues.
5.
Carry out additional tasks as delegated by management on an as-needed basis.
