As our business grows, we are looking for a dedicated Admin Account executive to join our team and manage critical accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Position Summary:
The Admin Account executive will play a vital role in handling day-to-day financial management and administrative duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, managing filing systems, and assisting with various office duties. You will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded properly and that administrative tasks are carried out efficiently to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring all charges are correct and payments are processed promptly.
Bookkeeping: Record all financial transactions accurately using accounting software, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform monthly reconciliations.
Filing: Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents, both physically and digitally.
Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to provide insights into the company's financial health.
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments.
Administrative Support: Handle routine office tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role. Experience in bookkeeping or administrative support is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Communication: Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
