Manage good filing system.Collect payment and issue daily Official Receipt, Payment Voucher, Cash Sales, Invoice and Deliver Order. Controlling credit and chasing debt.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.prepare routine office administration work which include documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinate and other ad hoc assignmentsAssist in checking and receiving goods and key in Purchase Invoice Job Requirement
Diploma / Degree in business management, or equivalent, however fresh graduates are welcomed to applyAble to work under pressure, aggressive and result oriented.Good command in English.Knowledge of Ms. Office.Friendly personalityGreat communication skills across all department
