Position Title: Admin and Accounts Assistant

Brief Job Description.

Handling daily admin and accounts jobs.

Assist with Journal Entries and Account Ledgers such as GL, AR & AP are correctly recorded and prepared on timely basis.

Assist with bank reconciliation as well as monitoring bank balance and petty cash.

Checking proper documentation for all supplier invoices and obtain approval prior to payment. Managing aging.

Maintain company's accounting record, filing and payments.

Handling admin matters including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and assets.

Assist in other admin and ad-hoc duties from time to time to ensure smooth flow of work

Person Requirement.

Minimum Cert in Business Admin, Accounting, LCCI or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Tamil (supplies from India )
Experience in MYOB is an added advantage.
Experienced in Filing.

Work Location : Pandamaran , Port Klang.

Salary Range RM 1800 – 2500
