Your main duties and responsibilities as per below: Prepare quotation as per customer's request; hardcopy, email or courier.Prepare invoice upon confirmation of ready stock; to check with latest updated stock.Prepare delivery order, purchase order to customers / suppliers.Prepare reporting as per request by superior.To know the basic of product knowledge.Data entry work, computerized and log book.Maintain stock and inventory by monthly basis.Documents filling and submission.Responsible in assisting superior in smooth running of day to day operations.You are also expected to perform other necessary, ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.To maintain all aspects of cleanliness of the office, inside and all office's perimeter.To ensure up keep and cleanliness of the office.
