Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Procurement - purchase office equipment, liaise with printing provider for
business card printing, letterhead, company rubber stamp etc, source for suppliers & price comparison
Document control - keep record on important documents (tenancy agreement;
service agreement)
To provide administrative support including drafting correspondences and
internal communications messages for Admin & HR Department.
Staff Dormitory Management function.
Payment preparation function and related financial work.
Manage cleaning staff to provide good service in the project site.
To undertake any other ad hoc assignment which may be given from time to time.
Coordinate and communicate with the superintending office for relevant job.
