Admin Assistant (Automotive)

Details of the offer

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Provide administration support to after sales operation and other departments.
Update daily reports & documentation.
Maintain and update filing systems, document handling, and storage systems.
Respond promptly to any ad-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
Attend training as proposed or directed.
Maintain good attendance records.
Adhere to all SOP standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
SPM, Certificate/Diploma in any fields.
Minimum 1 year working experience in administration (experience in automotive is an advantage).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
A team player with the ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Mandarin speaker will be an advantage.
Good skills in Microsoft Office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
