Admin Assistant Cum Receptionist

Details of the offer

-To perform front desk duty, attend to all incoming calls and divert messages promptly.


-Maintain a professional and tidy office, responsible for smooth daily office operations.


-Ensure all guests and visitors are welcomed and ushered to the appropriate person/place.


-To perform clerical tasks and administrative duties such as filling, scanning of documents, photocopying, data entry, record keeping and sorting out mails.


-Coordinate office maintenance and purchase of office general items (office stationery and pantry supplies)


-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.


-Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

; Requirements:-


-Min SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma


-Minimum 1 year working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g:Excel and Word)


-Pleasant personality, independent and committed, hardworking and positive work attitudes.


-Able to work independnetly and multi-task with strong prioritization skills.


-A good team player.


-Multi-lingual in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese will be advantage.


Salary range: RM1,500 - 2,500
