The HR and Admin Executive is responsible for providing support in HR and Administrative functions. This role ensures smooth office operations, supports employee-related activities and maintains compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administrative Management:
-Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including calls, mail and packages.
-Manage and maintain all office-related administrative tasks, including but not limited to the office documentation system, office stationery, printing system, and other administrative duties. Ensuring availability and functionality.
-Ensure the office environment is organized, efficient, and conducive to productivity.
-Coordinate office maintenance activities and liaise with building management.
-Assist in Sales support tasks.
-Assist in organising company events, employee engagement and meetings.
-Maintain office filing systems (digital and physical).
Human Resources Management
-Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
-Assist in onboarding of new hires.
-Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records
-Monitor employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days
-Assist in monitoring and coordinating employee benefits enrolment and billing.
-Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
-Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and claims.
-Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and other important documents.
-Ensure proper documentation of HR processes and decisions.
-Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
-Maintain compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
Others
-Contribute to BCI Group workplace culture through the development, review and promotion of Core Values and Code of Conduct
-Uphold BCI Asia company values and corporate mission.
-Ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

-At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
-Experience working with multinational companies and remote team
-Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
-Independent and able to multitask and work with minimum supervision
