Job Description: Admin Assistant Key Responsibilities: General Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness. Manage office supplies, including inventory checks and placing orders. Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience. Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence. Update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data. Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and activities. Help coordinate logistics, including venue, materials, and catering arrangements. Provide administrative assistance to HR department Assist with research, compiling data, and preparing documents for reports. Participate in and support any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by supervisors. Requirements: Candidate must at least process SPM or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional attitude and appearance.
