Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

ResponsibilitiesSchedule and perform monthly stock takes.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Office ManagementMonitor and maintain office supplies; order as needed.
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and liaise with IT or facilities teams for repairs.
Organize and maintain common areas to ensure a professional workspace.
CommunicationAct as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail; route to appropriate parties.
Data and Record ManagementMaintain databases and update records.
Generate reports using MS Office or other tools.
Special ProjectsAssist in organizing company events or initiatives.
Support management in research and other ad hoc tasks.
