Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Provide general support on daily office administration including office supplier requisition and follow up delivery.Assist on daily collection report and liaise with Finance for any payment received.Assist on daily supplier payment.Update and maintain staff attendance record.Assist site supervisor on client's quotation, invoice, statement of account.Any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management.Keep file of invoice to client/from supplier, sub-contractor and other documents.Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.Submit and reconcile expense reports.Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.Responsible for answering telephones.Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.Provide polite and professional communication.Implement clerical duties and administrative processes.REQUIREMENTSCertificate or Diploma in LCCI / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent qualification.At least 2 years of working experience in office administration of commercial industry.
