Administrative and Operational Support



-Perform general office tasks, including filing, preparing reports, and processing daily orders.


-Support daily operations of office administration functions and responsibilities.

Scheduling and Coordination



-Manage scheduling by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts to ensure smooth operations.

Communication and Customer Service



-Screen phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.


-Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.


-Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email.

Documentation and Reporting



-Use computers to generate reports and transcribe meeting minutes accurately.

General Office Management



-Ensure all tasks are executed efficiently to support overall office productivity.

; Requirements:-   



-Work Location: Cheras


-Work Hours: 9am to 6pm


-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia; especially proficient in Mandarin, which is essential for managing and engaging with the stakeholder portfolio.


-Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.


-Eager to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.


-Proficient in Microsoft Word; experience with Autocount is a bonus.


-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


-Must own reliable transportation.
