Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Manage office supplies and equipment, handle damaged items, and oversee purchase requisition documents.
Oversee office maintenance and ensure timely payment of utility bills (water, electricity, internet, etc.).
Handle vendor registration for e-commerce platforms, vendors, and administrators.
Manage lease agreements and stamp duty disbursement.
Assist with document delivery and goods dispatch.
Maintain copies of company documents and assist with VISA applications.
Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling and hosting interviews, onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring employees understand the company handbook and HR policies.
Manage HR contracts, employee files, and other basic HR tasks.
Collect financial invoices and manage quarterly bookkeeping.
Assist with budget management, track expenses, and ensure spending aligns with the budget.
Perform other tasks as assigned.Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Management, Corporate Management, or equivalent.
Require language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
(Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, be organized, and maintain professionalism.
Adapt to unexpected situations and problem-solve with flexibility.
