Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Handle data entry, document preparation, and file management.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Assist in managing correspondence via email and phone.
Support in generating reports and tracking project progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role (minimum 2 years).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack) is a plus.
