About the roleExciting opportunity to join the team at K11 Century Sdn Bhd as an Admin Assistant. In this full-time role based in Kuching, Sarawak, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support including preparing and ensuring all documents such as claims, petty cash, purchase requests, payment vouchers, official letters and forms, invoices, contracts, receipts, etc. are in proper order.
Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Managing the office supply inventory and placing orders as needed.
Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Assisting in resolving any administrative problems.
What we're looking for
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
A friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.
