Job Description:
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Assist with account receivable/payable-related functions.
- Assist in some general purchases and services needed.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
- Possess own car.
- Speak and write in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Good with numbers and SQL Accounting Software.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Juru, Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
