Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
To perform Administrative and Office support activities.
To perform reception activities such as handling phone calls, faxes, e-mails, etc.
To maintain a systematic filing system, properly updated and managed index.
To ensure all daily operations are running smoothly.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or a higher qualification in Administrative.
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Tools.
Knowing how to use the Auto Count system will be an advantage.
At least two years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): Malay, English, and Mandarin.
Working Place / Hour:
5.5 working days Mon - Fri: 8 am to 5 pm, Sat: 8 am to 1 pm.
