Job's Description: Record, maintain, and generate monthly business report (using the existing system).Filing and updating relevant forms and brochures in the internal e-mini library.Communicate with Financial Advisers and Providers (suppliers) for new business and operation requirements.Assist with meetings and event preparation.General office administration tasks such as scheduling document delivery, collection, answering phone calls, attending to inquiries, etc.Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.Working experience in a related field will be an advantage.Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point & Word)Possesses good initiative, strong follow-up skills, is responsible and well-organized.Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to start work immediately is preferred.Benefits: EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions.Medical claims and insurance coverage.All public holidays observed.Annual leave entitlement.Self-development opportunities in personal financial management.Learn about Personal Financial Planning
