Job Responsibility/Job Description Assist the sales team in daily sales tasks such as processing delivery orders and invoices. Accurately enter sales and administrative data into the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Provide general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, filing documents. Interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally and courteously, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Provide support to management and colleagues as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of day-to-day operations. Job Requirement /Qualification Diploma in Business Administration, or related field. 2 years experience in administrative roles or a similar field is preferred. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn will also be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Efficiently prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
